I stayed in a spacious Standard Room that was exceptionally well-maintained, making for a truly pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet was an absolute delight, boasting a wide variety of options that catered to every palate. The staff went above and beyond, particularly the guest relations manager who arranged a late checkout for us, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable end to our stay.

Braw place to unwind! The food was absolutely delicious and served at live stations—excellent value for the price. The only hiccup was the slow breakfast service, but overall, a cracking stay! Would definitely recommend for a chill-out weekend.

The breakfast was fantastic here, offering a wide variety of options. The rooms were of a really good standard, spacious and well-appointed. I truly appreciated the comfortable beds and cleanliness throughout my stay. the absence of a pool attendant made me feel uneasy, especially with so many families around. The pool area also had bugs which detracted from the experience. Despite this, the overall facilities were great and offered excellent value for money. Just a bit more attention to pool maintenance and supervision is needed.

The hotel is a short walk from the convention center and offers a lovely gym. Our room had a great city view, and the dinner buffet was delicious.

Had a fab time! The poolside snacks were yummy, and we loved the variety. The room was cozy, but the shower had a few quirks that made it tricky to get the temp just right. the buffet really needs to change it up more often. the same food gets old fast.

The toilet bowl in my Standard Room had maintenance issues, constantly pouring water and causing some frustration. the Wi-Fi was mostly slow, making it a hassle to get work done, and there were no electrical sockets available in the bathroom. The pool area felt cramped with the number of guests during peak times, and I noticed an insect issue in the garden that could use more pest control.

The Crowne Plaza impresses with lovely restaurant options, cozy rooms, and a friendly atmosphere. You really appreciate how attentive the staff is and the thoughtful child accommodations!

The room was spacious, featuring excellent design with a mountain view, and the breakfast was outstanding, offering a plethora of delicious options. Special recognition goes to Ms. Priya from the front desk, whose welcoming smile and attentiveness ensured our stay was delightful. I appreciated the refillable glass water bottles—it’s great to see hotels taking initiative against plastic waste.
